Today you will depart south along the Atlantic coast to Casablanca , Morocco's economic capital. Here you will visit the spectacular Hassan II Mosque , the third largest in the world, built partly on water and famous for its mosaics, inlays, and 210-meter-high minaret. After a stroll along the Ain Diab Corniche, you will continue your journey to Marrakech through fertile plains. Upon arrival in the "Red City," you will settle into a traditional riad in the Medina. In the evening, you can explore the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square , with its snake charmers, musicians, stalls, and a vibrant atmosphere unlike any other.
After breakfast, a full day dedicated to a guided tour of Marrakech. You'll discover its historical and cultural treasures, starting with the Koutoubia Mosque , the city's symbol with its minaret visible from the entire medina. You'll continue to the sumptuous Bahia Palace , an architectural masterpiece with gardens and ornate courtyards. You'll visit the Saadian Tombs , a testament to the dynasty that reigned in the 16th century, and wander the souks , a colorful labyrinth of spices, fabrics, jewelry, and local crafts.
